The site does not provide account registration or contact forms. Optional analytics cookies are used only with your permission, as described below. If you contact Jordi by email, the information you choose to provide—such as your name, email address, message, and related correspondence—will be used to respond to you, manage the relationship, and keep appropriate business records.

The hosting and security provider may automatically process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events, to deliver and protect the website.

Optional website statistics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages viewed, scrolling, and interactions such as clicks to YouTube or Amazon. This may include cookie identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location, and referral information. A click to an external service does not confirm a purchase or other action on that service. Analytics is not configured for advertising personalization or Google signals.

Google Analytics does not load or receive analytics data from this website before you select “Accept statistics.” Selecting “Reject statistics,” or continuing without choosing, does not restrict access. The initial notice hides after three seconds unless you interact with it; hiding it does not grant consent. You can reopen it at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. This choice is separate from the YouTube services described below.

Your preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) are configured to expire after 180 days without automatic renewal. You can use “Privacy choices” at the bottom of any page to change your decision. Rejecting after accepting stops future analytics collection, clears this site's analytics cookies, and reloads the page. It does not automatically erase data already collected; contact Jordi with any deletion request. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may prompt you to choose again.

Use, disclosure, and retention

Personal information is used for communication, legitimate business administration, security, legal compliance, the delivery of this website, and optional statistics with your permission. It is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be handled by service providers that support analytics, email, hosting, security, or professional operations, subject to their own terms and privacy practices, or disclosed when required by law.

Correspondence and associated records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which they were received, to maintain business records, or to meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or opposition to the processing of your personal information, and in some circumstances to withdraw consent or restrict its use. YouTube demos

Song cover images are served by YouTube’s image service, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them. Video players load only when you choose to watch a demo, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain. Playing a video connects to YouTube and may involve device information, storage, and other processing under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can read the lyrics without opening a video.

This site links to independent websites and platforms. Their handling of personal information is governed by their own privacy notices. This notice may be updated when the site, its services, or applicable requirements change; the effective date above will identify the latest version.
